GameChange Solar, a Connecticut-based global supplier of solar tracking solutions, has announced that its Genius Tracker will achieve maximum US domestic content for solar trackers by Q4 2025. Currently, the company’s local supply chain in the US supports torque tubes, foundations, controllers, structural fasteners, and rails. By the end of 2025, GameChange will add US-made drive systems, dampers, motors, and fasteners. Having produced in the US since 2012, GameChange is expanding its US production capacity to 35 GW annually. The company claims its US-produced solar tracker content is currently at 70%, with over 80% available upon request. GameChange emphasizes its commitment to increasing domestically manufactured components, ensuring customers qualify for the IRA 10% bonus. GameChange supports over 2,500 US jobs in the solar industry through internal and direct supply chain employment.
