A Global renewable energy development platform ib vogt has agreed to sell its Greek renewable energy portfolio to Faria Renewables. The portfolio totals approximately 780 MW of solar PV and BESS assets. Faria Renewables is a Greek renewable energy IPP supported by Omnes Capital’s Capenergie 5 fund and the Faria Group. The sale includes a 45 MW solar farm under construction in Almyros, Greece. This project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025. It spans three sites and will power over 17,000 households annually. The project will also offset up to 25,000 metric tonnes of CO2 per year.
