Denmark-based European Energy commenced operations at Holsted Solar Park in Denmark, with an approved capacity of 175 MW. The park was designed to generate sufficient electricity for the consumption of approximately 45,000 European households. Holsted Solar Park became one of only three solar parks in Denmark to connect directly to the high-voltage grid, due to its size and capacity. Advanced technical installations were completed in 2024 in collaboration with Energinet, the entity responsible for maintaining the stability of Denmark’s electricity grid. These installations were essential for ensuring the stable and efficient supply of electricity from the solar park to the grid.
