Encavis AG expands solar portfolio with Pozzolo acquisition

Encavis AG, based in Hamburg, has acquired the 30 MW Pozzolo solar park project in Piemont, Northern Italy. With an annual output of approximately 42 GWh, the park will connect to the grid in Q2 2025. A 10-year PPA, based on 75% of the park’s capacity, secures revenue with a pay-as-produced structure. Stern Energy will handle O&M services.
