Zelestra,  a vertically integrated company, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with Microsoft for the Escatrón II and Fuendetodos II solar projects in Zaragoza, Aragón, with a combined capacity of 95.7 MW (AC). The projects were under construction, and Microsoft was set to purchase their output. The agreement included a community benefits initiative led by Aragón-based nonprofit ECODES, which was funded to support community-led programs, economic inclusion, and local organizations. The collaboration aligned the involvement of Zelestra, Microsoft, and ECODES in delivering regional benefits while supporting clean-energy procurement and community participation.
