VALOREM Toiture et Ombrière, a France based green energy, has announced a new cluster of 28 rooftop photovoltaic power plants. The projects are installed on agricultural buildings across 11 French departments. The total installed capacity is 11.2 MW. Initial construction works are set to begin in the coming weeks. The projects allow farmers and landlords to modernize or construct buildings without heavy upfront investment. They improve and secure real estate assets. They also generate additional rental income. The buildings are transferred to owners at the end of the lease term.
