Tages Capital SGR, a Italian infrastructure fund manager, has announced the completion of a €671 million (~$ 780.30 million) non-recourse green loan refinancing for its 272 MW photovoltaic portfolio. The financing also supported plant upgrades, repowering and storage development. The transaction took place in two phases, with €276 million (~$ 320.96 million) closed in October 2024 and €395 million (~$ 459.343 million) added in October 2025. Seven banks has provided the facilities which includes Banco BPM, Bayerische Landesbank, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Italia, Intesa Sanpaolo, Société Générale and UniCredit. UniCredit also acted as Depositary Bank and Facility Agent. Tages Capital SGR and Delos Service were advised by Ashurst. Clifford Chance, EOS Consulting and Aon Italia supported the lending banks. The Marchetti Notarial Firm handled notarial activities.
