Solmotion Project GmbH, a German renewable energy company based in Ravensburg,  has started construction of three agri-PV plants in Bad Waldsee, Böhringen and Kißlegg. The groundbreaking ceremony was held in Bad Waldsee, with two additional sites scheduled by early December. The projects included more than 15 MW using tracker systems, bifacial glass-glass modules and controlled storage units. The company implemented the agri-PV sites despite political hurdles. Solmotion Project GmbH stated that it was developing over 300 MW and supporting farmers and investors with project checks to assess potential.
