SolarEdge Technologies Inc., a US-based smart energy technology company, has started shipping US-manufactured residential inverter products to European markets. The single-phase residential inverters are being exported from the company’s manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas, to customers in Italy, France, and the Netherlands. Shipments to Europe began in late 2025, representing the first deliveries of US-manufactured SolarEdge residential inverter products to the region. The exported inverters use a 'single SKU' design, marketed in Europe as the MultiRange concept, which combines multiple residential power classes into one inverter and part number. SolarEdge has stated that this approach reduces the number of models installers and distributors must stock, transport, and configure during deployment. The company has also indicated that shipments of C&I PV products manufactured at its Florida facility are expected to begin in early 2026. This expansion of exports from US-based manufacturing facilities follows earlier international shipments, including deliveries to Australia during the third quarter of 2025.
