The financing supported CAPEX for portfolios comprising operational, under-construction, and ready-to-build assets, with revenues under EEG tariff frameworks. Capcora acted as exclusive financial adviser to the sponsor, with the transaction structured as a bilateral cross-border process backed by institutional private credit capital from Sienna IM.
