R.Power Renewables, European independent power producer based in Warsaw, Poland, has closed PLN 181 million (~ $50.52 million) in debt financing with Bank Millennium for a nine-project, 71 MW solar PV portfolio in Poland. The assets include operational and under-construction projects backed by CfDs and a 470 GWh long-term PPA. The transaction lifts the company’s total project financing secured over the past twelve months to around €150 million (~ $176.76 million). During the same period, R.Power completed its first project financings in Portugal (44 MW), Romania (23 MW), and Germany (20 MW). The company signaled further activity in 2026 supported by a large pipeline of utility-scale storage and renewable projects.
