Sweden based Orrön Energy AB has announced an agreement to sell three solar development projects in eastern Germany to Gülermak Renewables Deutschland Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of Gülermak Renewables Ltd. The projects have a combined estimated capacity of 234 MW and are planned as Agri-PV installations with optional co-located battery systems. The transaction value is set at up to €14 million, including reimbursement of development costs and milestone-based payments through the ready-to-build stage. An initial payment of around €0.7 million is expected at the first closing. The projects are at a pre-ready-to-permit stage, with permitting targeted for 2026 and readiness for construction in 2027, subject to permits and grid access. Orrön Energy will continue development until the ready-to-build stage, with the first project closing anticipated in early 2026.
