Poland based ML System S.A., a technology company, has signed a contract for the design and construction of the PV Żółkiewka photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 15.91 MW in the Lublin Voivodeship. The contract value was PLN 29.8 million (~$ 8.29 million) gross. The project was planned to be integrated with an existing wind farm through a cable pooling arrangement. A single grid connection was intended to serve both energy sources. This configuration was expected to improve grid infrastructure utilization and overall system efficiency. The photovoltaic plant was designed to use solar tracking systems. The trackers were planned to adjust module orientation during the day to follow solar movement. This approach was expected to increase energy output without expanding the project area.
