Kseng Solar, a China-based supplier of solar mounting structures, has completed a 3 MW agrivoltaics project in Germany integrating power generation with active apple farming. The installation used a 3000 mm ground clearance, aluminum alloy materials and ground screw foundations compliant with EN1991 standards. It has withstood maximum wind speeds of 35 m/s and maximum snow loads of 10 cm during structural testing. The system provides a 10-year warranty and a 25-year service life supported by pre-assembled components designed to reduce installation labor. The project has demonstrated the land-use advantages of dual-use solar systems in agriculture-dependent regions.
