Korkia’s development arm Biko Renewable Energy, a joint venture with BIWO Rinnovabile, has sold a 10.7 MW portfolio of fully permitted solar PV assets in Northern Italy. The portfolio includes three projects in Lombardy: 4.4 MW in Casnate, 3.5 MW in Inveruno and 2.8 MW in Senna Comasco. The assets combine ground-mounted solar and agri-PV and are ready for construction. They are expected to generate about 15 GWh annually once operational. Korkia’s Italian pipeline totals around 800 MW, including 200 MW solar PV and 600 MW BESS, within a broader 14 GW portfolio across eight countries.
