JUWI, a subsidiary of MVV Energie AG, signed an agreement to sell a 156 MW solar PV portfolio in Greece to Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers. After the M&A deal, JUWI was appointed EPC and O&M contractor for the portfolio. The four Clover projects were located in Kozani and Grevena and had a combined capacity of 156 MW. JUWI Hellas developed the portfolio and scheduled construction to begin in November 2025. The projects were planned to generate over 300 million kilowatt hours annually using 243,500 bifacial modules, over 480 string inverters, and 9,100 single-axis trackers across 257 hectares. JUWI referenced other large developments in Greece and the United States as examples of its ongoing work. Executives from JUWI and Mirova noted the significance of the transaction, and JUWI Hellas worked with Karatzas & Partners for legal support.
