JinkoSolar, a China-based manufacturer of PV modules, has announced supply agreements totaling 263 MW of Tiger Neo 3.0 PV modules for projects in France and the UK. The agreements include 139 MW of modules for distributed PV installations across residential and C&I applications in France. A separate supply agreement has covered 124 MW of Tiger Neo 3.0 modules for ground-mounted solar projects in the UK. According to the company announcement, Tiger Neo 3.0 modules are based on TOPCon cell technology and deliver power output ranging from 650 W to 670 W. The modules have achieved conversion efficiency of up to 24.8% while maintaining about 95% to 98% relative power output under low-irradiance conditions. The modules also feature bifacial capability ranging from 85% to 90% with first-year degradation below 1% and annual linear degradation of about 0.35%.
