JinkoSolar, a China-based manufacturer of PV modules, has secured a 309 MW module supply order for utility-scale ground-mounted solar deployments across Spain. The agreement includes deployment of Tiger Neo 3 modules based on TOPCon technology for large-scale PV installations. The modules deliver front-side output between 660 W and 670 W, while module efficiency reaches up to 24.8%. The module structure incorporates bifacial capability of about 85% ± 5%, enabling additional electricity generation from reflected ground light in ground-mounted plants. According to the company, the modules maintain 95% to 98% relative power output under low-irradiance conditions. The design also includes a temperature coefficient of −0.26%/°C, which reduces performance losses under elevated operating temperatures. The modules exhibit first-year degradation below 1% and annual linear degradation of about −0.35%, supporting electricity generation across a 30-year operational lifecycle.
