Abu Dhabi-based International Renewable Energy Agency has formally issued an RFP on 25 November 2025 for a feasibility study to support a planned 30 MW PV deployment in Ukraine.  The procedure has mandated separate technical and financial files, emailed before 23 December 2025 with 120-day validity. The TOR has called for site analysis, resource assessment, engineering layouts, permitting reviews, grid studies, ESIA preparation, and financial modelling in line with Ukrainian TEO (Technical and Economic Justification) standards. The assignment has mandated prior Ukrainian TEO experience and has scheduled phased deliverables across a 24-week reporting timeline.
