INOX Clean Energy, part of the INOXGFL Group, has partnered with RJ Corp Limited and SkyPower to launch a fully integrated renewable energy platform. The platform has been designed to deploy more than 10 GW of solar-powered infrastructure across Africa at industrial speed and scale. An equal joint venture between INOX Clean Energy and RJ Corp acquired SkyPower Services MENA Ltd. The acquisition established a scalable Independent Power Producer platform targeting high-growth African markets including Zambia, Zimbabwe and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Phase One targets approximately 570 MW of renewable capacity, with commissioning to follow completion of transaction formalities. The broader portfolio forms part of a multi-gigawatt development pipeline. The pipeline has been supported by sovereign-backed Power Purchase Agreements at attractive tariffs. Construction on initial projects has been expected to commence in the coming months. Longer-term targets include 2.5 GW of installed renewable capacity in Africa by FY29. Prior to this, Inox Green added 625 MW Bhadla solar project from KEC.
