Hanersun, a China-based PV module manufacturer, has received certification for its HITOUCH N module series under the United Kingdom’s Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). The certification confirms that the modules meet UK safety, quality and performance standards required for deployment in the distributed solar market. MCS is a government-backed framework that certifies renewable energy products and installation services across the UK. The products approved under the scheme are eligible to participate in government incentive programs and electricity export arrangements. The certification process assesses product performance, electrical safety and manufacturing consistency against the UK-standards. The HITOUCH N series uses n-type cell technology and is designed to deliver stable power generation under variable climate conditions, including low-light environments. Recently, Hanersun has received the Most Influential Photovoltaic Module Company award at Solarbe Solar Industry Summit 2025.
