Greenvolt Power has established a partnership with Reel. Reel is a Danish B2B electricity provider and energy trader that will provide balancing and optimisation services for the Høegholm hybrid energy park in Denmark.The project is currently under construction, combines 97.36 MW of solar PV with a 60 MW / 120 MWh battery energy storage system. Under the agreement, Reel will manage real-time balancing, market optimisation and hedging across wholesale, intraday, and ancillary service markets. The company will also support power offtake through PPAs with Danish corporates seeking electricity supply from the project. The solar PV component is expected to reach commercial operation in Q1 2026, while the BESS unit is scheduled for Q4 2026. Once operational, the Høegholm project will be among the larger hybrid solar-plus-storage assets in Denmark.
