Green FOX Energy, an independent investor and project developer, together with its joint venture partner ON Energy, has acquired and implemented an 85 MW PV co-location portfolio developed by ON Energy. The portfolio has been sold to a German family office. The transaction has created capacity for further projects from the development pipeline. The portfolio includes solar parks in Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Saarland that combine photovoltaics with battery storage systems. Some plants are already in operation, while some are full completion is planned for Q3 2026. The projects provide annual electricity production for over 20,000 households and result in CO₂e savings of more than 45,000 tons.
