egg Power, the clean energy infrastructure investment business of Liberty Global, acquired project rights to the Grange solar energy farm in Suffolk from PS Renewables. The project was the company’s third UK solar acquisition. Construction is scheduled to start in January 2026, with operations planned for early 2027. The 70 MW solar farm near Norwich is expected to supply electricity to Liberty Global’s operating companies, affiliates and partners in the UK. The portfolio also includes the 20 MW Rainsbrook solar project acquired in July 2025 and the 52 MW Rag Lane solar project acquired in November 2024, which is under construction. Together, the three projects were expected to reach 140 MW of installed capacity and generate about 150 GWh of electricity annually by the end of 2026. They were also expected to support local employment, local supply chains and site-level ecological measures.
