CREC reported Citicore Power property dividends to PSE Philippines

Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation discloses on 29 December 2025 to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) that its majority shareholder, Citicore Power, Inc. (CPI), declares property dividends in favor of Citicore Holding Investments, Inc. (CHII) and Purple Seed Capital Holding, Inc. (PSCH). CPI’s ownership structure shows CHII holding 80% and PSCH holding 20%. CPI owns 5,584,894,690 common shares in Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation, which are distributed proportionally. After distribution, CHII directly owns 4,467,915,752 shares or 40.03%, while PSCH directly owns 1,116,978,938 shares or 10.01%. The action streamlines ownership while maintaining majority ownership and management control. The company states that governance, leadership and oversight remain unchanged. Ongoing business strategies and project activities remain uninterrupted. Existing loan obligations are not affected. The property dividend is subject to required approvals and consents.
