Switzerland based Capital Dynamics, an independent global asset management firm, has entered into a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with a Fortune 500 Global Company. The agreement covered three large solar photovoltaic projects in Italy. Together, the projects had an aggregate annual generation capacity exceeding 0.5 TWh. The electricity was intended to supply Italy’s power grids. The PPA followed Capital Dynamics’ strategy of acquiring ready-to-build assets. These assets were brought into operation and supported by long-term PPAs. The agreement supported stable cash flows and access to project financing.
