UK renewable energy developer, BOOM Power has completed the sale of New Hall Solar Farm and its remaining minority shareholding in Low Farm Solar Farm to Downing. Both transactions have completed on December 22, 2025. New Hall Solar Farm is a consented 22.2 MW solar photovoltaic project developed by BOOM Power from early-stage site identification through planning consent. Low Farm Solar Farm is a consented 49.9 MW solar project in which BOOM Power has held a minority interest. The company has now sold its remaining shareholding, marking its exit after the development and investment phase. The transactions reflect BOOM Power’s approach of developing consented, investment-ready renewable energy projects and transferring ownership to long-term investors. Downing has acquired the projects as part of its renewable energy and infrastructure investment activities in the UK. PKF has acted as financial and corporate advisor to BOOM Power on both projects.
