Aream Advisory GmbH has acquired 100% of the share capital of GME Ventures AG with effect from 19 December 2025 and became the sole shareholder. The acquisition included a ground-mounted photovoltaic project pipeline of more than 500 MW with battery energy storage systems in different development stages. It also included a four-member development team and its industry network. GME Ventures AG brought experience across the PV project development value chain, covering technology, contracting, land-use planning and asset structuring. The integration was overseen by the managing directors of Aream Advisory GmbH and members of the executive board of GME Ventures AG. The transaction aimed to expand project development capacity and support the implementation of the existing pipeline for future renewable energy projects, including solar combined with battery storage, during a period of market consolidation.The transaction followed earlier activity by Aream, including a 200 MW photovoltaic hybrid project pipeline in Germany, highlighting its continued focus on utility-scale solar and battery storage development.
