France based ABO Energy has completed the sale of three solar projects in France totaling 85 MW with revenues distributed between fiscal years 2024 and 2027. A two-project portfolio comprising Presnoy (26.25 MW) and Nargis (14.96 MW) was sold turnkey to Tenergie. Both projects are located in Loiret, were awarded contracts for difference are scheduled for commissioning in 2026 and Nargis is currently under construction. The third project Bonny-sur-Loire (43.68 MW) also in Loiret, was sold to CVE, secured a public contract for difference, and is set for commissioning in 2029. The transactions followed earlier sales between the same parties. ABO Energy currently had a solar pipeline of ten permitted projects exceeding 190 MW.
