Ellomay Capital Ltd. announced the sale of its 9 MW Talmei Yosef PV facility in Israel to Greenlight Fund Limited Partnership and Doral Group Renewable Energy Resources Ltd. for NIS 44.75 million, plus a potential additional payment of up to NIS 4 million based on 2024 production. The agreement includes customary representations and indemnification undertakings with a cap of NIS 9 million for breaches of representations.
