DSD Renewables wins Top Project Award 2024

DSD Renewables’ 23.9 MW solar and storage portfolio at Bishop Ranch, San Ramon, has won the Top Project of the Year award in the 2024 Environment + Energy Leader Awards. Completed in collaboration with Sunset Development Company, it’s the world’s largest multi-campus solar and energy storage installation, comprising 16.78 MW solar and 7.11 MW storage capacity. By 2025, it is expected to produce 24.31 GWh annually, covering 75-90% of Bishop Ranch’s energy needs. DSD’s design team has collaborated with Sunset, integrating installations into existing infrastructure and buildings, including rooftop, canopy, and ground mount setups, complementing the campus’ aesthetics.
