SKF solidifies its commitment to sustainability through two REC purchase agreements in North America. The first pact focuses on Green-e certified wind energy, extending until 2025. The second, a 12-year agreement with Clearway Energy Group, covers a portion of RECs from a 452 MW solar farm in Texas. This marks SKF's initial large-scale REC procurement in the US, helping it address 100% of electricity needs in its North American facilities with renewable energy, aligning with its ambitious decarbonization goals.
