US-headquartered CleanCapital acquired a 22.7 MW portfolio of 40 solar assets from Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure, expanding its portfolio to over 340 MW across 240 projects. The assets, operational since 2015–2018, serve various offtakers in Vermont, New York, and California. Additionally, Manulife Investment Management and co-investors provided $145 million in equity funding to support CleanCapital’s early-stage development and acquisitions.
