Trinasolar, a China-based manufacturer of photovoltaic modules and smart energy solutions headquartered in Changzhou, has officially begun the large-scale global rollout of its TOPCon 2.0 modules. According to Trinasolar, the first batch of 300 MW Vertex N 650 W series modules has been shipped to a photovoltaic plant in the Middle East. The company said that more Vertex N TOPCon Ultra modules are set to be deployed worldwide across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects. Trinasolar’s high-efficiency Vertex N modules have achieved mass production output of up to 740 W this year, offering enhanced bifaciality and performance under low-irradiance conditions. As per Trinasolar, it has filed over 700 TOPCon-related patents and signed a technology licensing agreement with France-based HoloSolis to strengthen the adoption of its solar cell innovations in Europe.
