Sichuan Province, China-headquartered Tongwei Solar, a subsidiary of Tongwei Co., Ltd., has received the Top Innovation Award from EUPD Research at SNEC 2025 for its TNC 2.0 module. The award was presented by Markus A.W. Hoehner and accepted by Joe Chen. TNC 2.0 features Tongwei’s self-developed 908 (0BB) technology, which improved module reliability with a flexible interconnection and optimized soldering layout, helping reduce stress and micro-cracks. Tongwei Solar is a global manufacturer of high-purity crystalline silicon, solar cells, and photovoltaic modules.
