China-based Jinko Solar has supplied its high-efficiency Tiger Neo PV modules for a series of agrivoltaic projects totaling 50 MW, to be constructed by ESAPRO in Italy. These eight plants, located across Veneto, Campania, and Calabria, are part of a 2.1 agrivoltaic initiative led by Orchidea SPA and backed by the Algebris Green Transition Fund. The installations aim to combine solar energy generation with continued agricultural activity. ESAPRO, with over 600 MW of experience in the Italian solar sector, has maintained a long-standing partnership with Orchidea and KB Development for the execution of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.
