Huawei Digital Power, a global provider of digital power products and solutions, and Singapore-headquartered Peak Energy signed a Memorandum of Understanding at SNEC 2025. The agreement aims to develop 700MW of renewable energy projects across the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement was signed by Peak Energy’s CEO Gavin Adda and Huawei Digital Power Singapore’s Vice President Nate Luo. Peak Energy established regional teams in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand to support local execution. Huawei committed to supplying Smart PV and energy storage solutions to optimize energy yield and system reliability. The partnership aimed to deliver turnkey solar and BESS PPAs for corporate clients. The MoU aligned with regional policy support and growing corporate decarbonization targets.Recently, Peak Energy has also acquired 11MW of solar projects in Japan.
