China-headquartered Huasun Energy has signed a strategic procurement agreement with Xuancheng Kaisheng Supply Chain Services, a subsidiary of Kaisheng Group. Kaisheng is set to procure  500 MW of heterojunction (HJT) solar modules from Huasun. The modules are intended for local photovoltaic projects in Xuancheng, Anhui Province. This partnership helps to secure a steady supply of modules for projects like zero-carbon industrial zones. HJT modules are efficient, work well on both sides, and last longer.  It also highlights Huasun’s position in high-efficiency n-type PV technology. Both firms plan to coordinate technical expertise and supply chain capabilities.Earlier this year, the company installed a 25 MW heterojunction (HJT) fishery-solar hybrid project in Xuancheng, further reinforcing its presence in the region’s PV sector.
