GoodWe, renewable energy technology firm, has introduced the UT 1500 V Series three-phase string inverter rated at 320 kW and 350 kW for utility-scale photovoltaic projects. The series had 12 or 15 MPPT options and supported bifacial 182 mm and 210 mm modules with 15 A or 20 A string input current. Anti-PID and PID recovery functions were integrated to address potential induced degradation. The inverter operated within a temperature range of −35 °C to +60 °C and featured IP66 protection with optional C5 corrosion resistance. Type II surge protection was provided on both DC and AC sides. The system supported reactive power compensation at night, dynamic reactive response below 30 ms and stable operation under weak grid conditions. Maximum efficiency reached 99.01%, with European efficiency at 98.80%.
