GoodWe, a global PV inverter manufacturer, has designed the SMT 50–60 kW Series inverter for medium and large commercial PV installations and operates it in a three-phase configuration. The inverter supports up to six MPPTs, delivers 50 kW to 60 kW nominal output power and works within a 200 V to 950 V MPPT operating voltage range. It features a fuse-free architecture that reduces maintenance requirements and simplifies system operation. The unit supports up to 15 A DC input current per string, enabling compatibility with high-power PV modules, while allowing 150 % DC input oversizing and 110 % AC output overloading. The inverter achieves up to 98.6 % maximum efficiency and 98.1 % European efficiency. Integrated protections include Type II surge protection on DC and AC sides, grid and insulation monitoring, and safety controls. An IP65 enclosure, wide operating temperature range, remote monitoring, multi-protocol communication and smart fan cooling support stable outdoor operation.
