GoodWe, a renewable energy technology firm, has introduced the DNS G3 series inverter for single-phase residential solar systems. The inverter supports up to 16 A input current per string, 150% DC input oversizing, and 110 % AC output overloading. It delivers up to 97.9% maximum efficiency and up to 97.4% European efficiency, depending on the model. The compact, lightweight, fanless design operates below 25 dB using natural convection cooling. Safety features include optional AFCI and Type II surge protection on both AC and DC sides, SPD failure alarm, anti-islanding, residual current monitoring, and short circuit and overvoltage protection.
