DMEGC Solar, a China-based PV module manufacturer, has confirmed mass production and shipment of its INFINITY 3.0 PV module with a rated output of 650 W. Shipments have departed from the company’s Lianyungang manufacturing facility, marking the start of commercial supply. The INFINITY 3.0 module has achieved a conversion efficiency of 24.1%, providing an output increase of approximately 15 W compared with comparable 635 W module formats. The company has reported that mass-production bifaciality is 5% higher than conventional n-type modules and 10% higher than BC modules. Reliability has been validated through TÜV-enhanced certification and DH2000 damp-heat testing. Under low-light conditions of 200 W/㎡, the module has shown reduced power loss. Outdoor testing has verified a 1.71 % gain in total energy generation, while comparisons with mainstream 635 W n-type products have indicated lower BoS costs and reduced LCOE. Recently, DMEGC Solar has deployed a 1.2 MW distributed PV system at Hengdian Wenrong Hospital in China, spanning rooftops and solar-canopy carports.
