A consortium led by East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group and Xihe Electric Power Co., Ltd. has secured the winning bid for the construction of a fishery–PV project. The 310 MW fishery-PV complementary power generation project. is located at Yuexin Guandong Salt Field in China. The facility was awarded with a bid price of RMB 731.18 million. It will have an  installed capacity of 385 MW DC or 310 MW AC, covering an area of approximately 7,492 acres. The deployment includes fixed-tilt and flat single-axis tracking PV mounting systems, with 226.8 MW allocated to fixed structures and 83.2 MW to tracking systems. The scope of the tender includes survey and design, equipment procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, grid connection, and construction of a new booster station under a turnkey EPC framework. The planned construction period is 482 days, with grid-connection conditions expected by 31 December 2026 and full completion targeted for 30 April 2027.
