Changzhou, China-based Betterial has showcased its full-scene PV encapsulation technologies at SNEC 2025 in Shanghai. Highlights included solutions for tandem perovskite, BC, desert PV, 0BB, lightweight, and color modules. The tandem perovskite film applies thermoplastic encapsulation to enhance crosslinking and low-temperature stability. BC modules use ultra-barrier films and Weston® adhesives for improved PID resistance. For harsh climates, the Desert PV Film incorporates UVB cut-off and spectral tuning. The 0BB solution ensures high transmittance and reduced degradation. Lightweight modules feature polymer-reinforced components suited for rooftop applications. Color modules serve BIPV with high transmittance and visual appeal. Betterial also presented materials for energy storage. It launched a new desert film, secured TÜV Rheinland and CPVT certifications, and partnered with CPVT for long-term validation.
