Astronergy clinches CNNC’s record 26.7 GW solar deal in 2025 China bid

China-based PV module manufacturer, Astronergy has secured a 26.667GW solar module supply contract from China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). This marks the largest centralized PV module procurement in China for 2025. The project, initiated by CNNC subsidiaries Rich Energy Co., Ltd. and Xinhua Hydropower, includes 25GW of n-type modules and 1.667GW of p-type modules. Astronergy was selected for its advanced technology, product quality, and delivery capabilities. The company operates in over 140 countries with 11 smart manufacturing bases and aims to support CNNC’s future solar initiatives through continued collaboration.
