CEP Renewables, NJR Clean Energy Ventures, and CS Energy have successfully completed the 19 MW Foul Rift solar project in White Township, Warren County, New Jersey. Thisproject, was built on a former brownfield site that was previously a composting facility, remediated environmental damage caused by decades of contamination. CEP’s efforts included clearing waste materials and addressing 92 environmental violations. The project will generate 19 MW of clean energy, supporting New Jersey’s goals of achieving 100% clean energy by 2050. The solar farm also creates pollinator habitats, provides local tax revenue, and adds to CEP's portfolio of brownfield PV projects.
