Sichuan YingfaRuineng Technology Co., Ltd., a China-based photovoltaic cell manufacturer, has officially joined the United Nations Global Compact. The UNGC, launched in 2000 by former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, promotes ten principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. YingfaRuineng develops and produces high-efficiency solar cells for utility, C&I, and residential applications. YingfaRuineng applies PERC, TOPCon, BC cell, and monocrystalline silicon technologies to improve product performance. According to YingfaRuineng, its UNGC membership supports the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance principles into operations. YingfaRuineng also confirmed that these measures support a low-carbon photovoltaic supply chain and contribute to China’s “dual carbon” targets. YingfaRuineng was awarded the "Top 100 Global PV Brands" at the recent SNEC exhibition.
