Waaree Energies, a Mumbai-based manufacturer of PV modules, has secured a domestic order for supplying 360 MW of solar modules to a prominent utility-scale solar and storage project developer, according to Waaree Energies. waaree said the order was disclosed through a stock-exchange filing dated November 11, which has extended its ongoing run of operational activity amid sustained project demand. Waaree Energies added that the customer is an established owner-operator engaged in large-scale renewable infrastructure, which has required high-volume module procurement for upcoming installations. Waareestated that the order has supported its broader manufacturing pipeline as its modules were scheduled for phased delivery across the contracted period. Waaree Energies’ announcement has drawn market attention as its share price was marginally higher during the previous trading session.
