Germany-based VSB Group has secured a 15-year CfD for a 303 MW solar park in Poland. The facility is in the northeast of Wrocław in Lower Silesia which spans 260 hectares. It was fully permitted and awarded under the 2025 renewable energy auction. The construction is scheduled to begin in October 2025. Grid connection is expected by Q2 2027. Once operational, it is set to power around 117,000 households annually. The solar park is VSB’s largest project to date. It is among the biggest PV developments currently underway in Poland. VSB maintains local community dialogue to support project planning. Future integration with battery and wind energy is under consideration. The project follows VSB Poland’s earlier wind development at Miejska Górka. That 190.8 MW site was developed for TAURON Zielona Energia and is already under construction.
