French-headquartered Voltalia, has signed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with Nadara. The agreement covers the 73 MW San Lorenzo photovoltaic project in Valladolid, Spain. The agreement covered plant construction, module supply and the extension of the transformer station. The project followed Voltalia’s earlier 135 MW EPC and O&M contract awarded in 2024, expanding its operations in Spain and reinforcing its role as an EPC provider in Europe. The San Lorenzo project in Spain follows Voltalia’s recent milestone, where the company surpassed 8 GW of assets under O&M contracts in Brazil.
